CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments are secured with your credit card number on file. You will not be charged until after the service, or if you late cancel or do not show up for your appointment. You do not have to pay for the service with the credit card, it is simply to secure your appointment time because our therapists work by appointment. You can choose to pay using cash, check, Gift Certificate or a different credit card.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can fill out the appropriate paperwork. We want to ensure that your massage is for the full scheduled amount of time.

CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel your appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour notice. You can cancel on the Vagaro app or by calling or texting 850-449-6888. In order to reserve your appointment we require a credit card on file. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if a 24-hour cancellation notice is not given. By submitting your appointment request, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to our cancellation policy.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that you arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and to ensure that you receive the full amount of time of your session. Our therapists usually have another client after you. If you arrive late, it will be at the discretion of the therapist to give you your full session. You will still be charged for the full session.

NO SHOWS

If no notice is given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
