Therapeutic Massage
We offer therapeutic rehabilitation massage in Light/Medium or Deep Intensity. Both target muscle dysfunction, decrease pain, and improve movement. Deep Intensity addresses deep muscle layers and fascial constrictions, with potential soreness relieved by hydration and icing.
Relaxation Massage
Our most gentle and soothing massage that uses LIGHT pressure to treat broad muscle groups. Promotes relaxation. Relieves superficial muscle tension. Eases stress.
