Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You may cancel on the Vagaro app or by calling 850-432-6870.

We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We reserve the right to charge this card the amount of the service if a 24-hour notice is not given. By submitting your appointment request, you agree that you have read and agree to our cancellation policy.

LATE ARRIVALS: We ask that you arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and ensure you receive the full amount of time for your session. Our therapists usually have another client after you. If you arrive late, it will be at the therapist's discretion to give you your full session. You will still be charged for the full session.

NO SHOWS: If no notice is given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
