We secure all appointments with a credit card on file. You won’t be charged until after your service, unless you cancel late or miss your appointment. Your credit card only holds your appointment time, as our therapists work by appointment. You’re welcome to pay with cash, check, gift certificate, or a different credit card at checkout.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. This helps ensure you receive your full massage time.

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance through the Vagaro app or by calling or texting 850-449-6888. To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge your card. By submitting your appointment request, you confirm that you have read and agree to our cancellation policy.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure you receive your full session time. Our therapists typically have another client scheduled after you. If you arrive late, your therapist will decide whether they can provide the full session, but you will still be charged for the full appointment.

If you miss your appointment without providing notice, we will charge you the full amount of the service.

Use Vagaro Booking Service to book your appointment online. Once you request your appointment, your time slot will be saved and your therapist will confirm as soon as possible.
